Gargi Singh (all 'g's are pronounced like 'g' in 'great'! )
Deep Experience, Not Trends
I am a deep-thinking, conscientious marketing professional with (mostly) a dislike for 'social-media trends', and a genuine interest in the new marketing frontiers that align with the sense of the sensible folk in our world.
This defiance of following the trends and a complete lack of 'fear-of-missing-out' (fomo) has enabled me to create unique online marketing campaigns that have informed and engaged the audience of global brands, drove 40% more sales for clients, and strengthened their digital presence.
Over 12 years, I've assisted corporations, small business owners, and non-profits to build high-performing teams, connect with their audience, grow their digital presence, drive more sales, and create an impact with their work.
Five Pillars Of Success
Good work ethic, creativity, team leadership, strategy, and flawless implementation are the five pillars of my success, and they are now at your service.
85% Retention Rate With Global Teams
In my recent role, I helped businesses in SaaS & e-commerce sectors in the US to hire, train & efficiently work with offshore marketing professionals at a third of the cost in North America, which enabled them to build strong teams that drive sales & increase profits.
I hired talent across Colombia, India, and Canada for 20 roles, sifted through a mountain of resumes, interviewed hundreds of candidates, and led a team of 10 global marketing professionals, with a retention rate of 85% to provide a stable team for my clients to scale their business.

Secure, Strong-Willed & Ethical Leadership
I’m often told I’m too literal, and I often say it helps me hear people better, and know them better. When my ears are listening, my head is empty of presumptions and assumptions. That means I hear exactly what is said, and how its said. It creates a clean, clear ground to have impactful conversations.
This seemingly faulty quality, along with good ol' common sense, and sound work ethics is what helped me pick the right team from hundreds of applicants.
My first boss once said to me, “make me redundant” - and that formed the bases of how I lead people. Secure, strong-willed, open-minded and ethical to a fault - I’ve helped young professionals struggling at work to become “employee of the year”. Marketing was never my passion but my passion for delivering outstanding work earned me consistent promotions, “mentor of the year” and “employee of the month” awards multiple times during my career. This same approach today helps me maintain a stable team of professionals with astounding retention rates in an industry that is well-known to have a ‘revolving-door’ across companies.
